Packing up your Cryoskin correctly is crucial upon returning or sending the machine back for a service repair. If the Cryoskin is not correctly packaged during shipment, the chances it will be damaged during transit are high.
You can leave the coolant inside the unit, but please make sure the white cap is sealed tightly.
Please be sure to wrap the unit in it's plastic bag to avoid scratching the surface and screen, and be sure to bubble wrap the wand head as well.
When packing up your unit, please make sure to pack:
-The Machine
-Wand
-Cord
-Coolant (the coolant within the machine can be left inside)
*Please do not pack the gel in your return box, you can throw away any bottles of gel you may have.
*Please disconnect the wand and power cord from their ports when packing your components up.
*Please disconnect the power cord and wand when shipping your unit back.
