Beeping on the machine occurs throughout the session to indicate the session’s halfway point, movement between steps, and the end of the session. However, if the beeping is constant, this is to warn you that the wand head is too cold.

If you are conducting a session on an individual and it is beeping, it is because it the temperature graph is dropping below -4c degrees which is below the Slimming target temperature range of +4c to -4c.

If the beeping is occurring when you are running a test cycle with the wand not against an individual, that is because the temperature graph is below -4c degrees as the wand is not absorbing any body heat to prevent it from dropping below the target temperature range.  This is expected to happen.

If you are cooling the skin temperature down too quickly during a treatment there are a few steps you should take:

  • Widen the circumference of the treatment area

  • Slightly speed up your technique

  • Closely monitor the temperature graph

You should not be applying the wand for extended periods at below -4C as this can lead to superficial nerve damage and irritations.

If your machine continues to beep during the session after having made the above bulleted changes, please email Support@cryoskin.com.
