If you are treating a woman under 35" or a man with defined hipbones, you would focus half the session (17 mins - 2 mins heat, 13 mins cold (split into two 6.5 min quadrants), 2 mins heat) on the front abdomen and half the session (17 mins - 2 mins heat, 13 mins cold (split into two 6.5 min quadrants), 2 mins heat) on the love handle area. 


If you are treating a woman over 35" or a man without defined hipbones, you would focus half the session (17 mins - 2 mins heat, 13 mins cold (split into two 6.5 min quadrants), 2 mins heat) on the right side of the abdomen, and half the session (17 mins - 2 mins heat, 13 mins cold (split into two 6.5 min quadrants), 2 mins heat) on the left side of the abdomen.
