1. Disconnect your wand from the machine and then reconnect it (Press the two buttons on the side of the wand's base to unlock it from the body of the machine).
2. Go to your utility screen:
If you are using a Cryoskin 2.0:
- Press F3 on your home screen, then click the wrench icon and enter the code " + - + " when prompted
- Press the icon of the man with a shovel
- Set the Hot temperature to 40 degrees Celsius and press START, once 40 degrees is reached, then press STOP
- Set the Cold to -4 degrees Celsius and press START, once -4 degrees is reached, press STOP
If you are using a Cryoskin 3.0:
- Press the green wrench icon at the bottom left corner of your screen
- Press the SET UP option on the 2nd menu and enter the code " + - + " when prompted
- Using the FREE test, set the temperature to 40 degrees Celsius using the + button and press START, then press STOP when 40 Degrees is reached
-Use the - button to set the temperature to -4 degrees Celsius and press START, then PRESS stop when the wand reaches -4 degrees.
*If the wand is hitting the utility test temperatures and you are still not seeing at least a 0.5" loss on every Slimming session, please send a brief 2-3 minute video of your technique to support@cryoskin.com. Often, the temperature issue is related to the wand moving too fast or too slow, or over too small or too large a surface.
