Version 2.0

  1. Email support@cryoskin.com alerting us you need a time reset.  Please include your phone number and name of business in this email.
  2. Click F3 on the home screen.
  3. Double click or press the first icon on the 2nd row, a red clock labelled Rental, and press Enter
  4. The system will ask you to contact your dealer for a recharge. Press OK.
  5. The system will ask you to select Charge or Disable. Select Charge. 
  6. The system will display a unique six-digit number.  This number will change if you leave the system.
  7. A member of the Support Department will call the phone number located in your request and provide you a new code.
  8. Enter the new code using the touchscreen keypad.
  9. Press Enter.
  10. The system will confirm that the action was completed successfully.


Version 3.0 and 4.0

  1. Email support@cryoskin.com alerting us you need a time reset.  Please include your phone number and name of business in this email.
  2. Click the green wrench icon on the lower left corner of the home screen.
  3. Press the red clock labelled Rental.  The system will ask you to contact your dealer for a recharge.
  4. Press Continue.
  5. The system will ask you to select Charge or Disable. Select Charge.
  6. The system will display a unique six-digit number.  This number will change if you leave the system.
  7. A member of the Support Department will call the phone number located in your request and provide you a new code.
  8. Enter the new code using the touchscreen keypad.
  9. Press Enter.
  10. The system will confirm that the action was completed successfully.
